A shop on the south side, and my name on it
I am Dale Prewitt and Ironwake Diesel Repair is mine. It is a working truck shop in south Wichita, not a franchise, and when you call the number you get the person who will be doing the work and quoting the job.
The two things customers mention are the price and the honesty, and I would rather be known for those than for anything I could put on a sign. If a job is not worth doing I will tell you. If it is going to take longer than you hoped, I will tell you that too, before you commit to it rather than after.

Do you come out, or does it come to you?
Both happen. Some faults are better fixed where the truck sits and some genuinely need to be in the shop. I will give you my honest read on the phone rather than send a truck either way.

Heavy trucks and diesel equipment, Class 8 tractors and trailers. If what you have is outside that I will say so instead of taking the job.
What does it cost?
It depends on the fault and the parts. You get the number before the work starts, and fair pricing is the thing my customers mention most.

That depends on parts availability as much as on the work. I will give you a real timeframe when I quote it, and I will call you if it changes.
