Built for phones first.
A "Leave us a Google review" button that opens your own Google review box. Same button for everyone.
A chat assistant in the corner of your site. It tells visitors it's automated, answers only from facts you approve, like your hours and the area you cover, and passes their name and number to you.
A missed call text back. On Android, an app on your phone texts anyone you miss, from your own number, with a message you approve. On iPhone, a saved reply you send in one tap.
A one-time check of your Google listing when your site goes live. I add your new website to it and check that your hours, category, service area and description are filled in, following Google's rules. I never change your business name.

Not included, and always quoted before any work: new pages, new sections, layout changes, rewriting your copy, logo work, online booking, payments, online stores, SEO campaigns, and ongoing Google listing work such as posts or review replies.

If you want it, you're set up on the call. Send your photos and a few lines about your business, and your site is live within three business days.

No setup fee. No deposit. No contract. Cancel any time.
Your rate doesn't change while you stay. The one exception: if what I'm charged for hosting or your domain changes, you get 60 days written notice first.
Plus any sales tax that applies.
If you leave, you keep your web address and I send you every file.

What does one of your jobs pay you?

Your number, not mine.

Two promises, in writing

Your site is live within three business days of your photos and text reaching me. If it isn't, you don't pay anything further until it is.
Once it's live, any text or photo change is live within two business days of my having what I need. If it isn't, that 4-week period is free.

If I can see I'm going to miss either one, I tell you before it passes. You never have to chase me for it.

What I don't promise

More calls, more customers, more traffic, or a spot on Google. Anyone who promises those is guessing. What I do promise: when someone finds you, there's a real website there, it works on a phone, and it tells them how to reach you.

Questions

Is there a contract?

No. It's month to month. Cancel any time by email, and it ends at the end of the 4 weeks you've already paid for. You keep your files and your web address.

What's the total?

$100 every 4 weeks, plus any sales tax that applies. Your web address and hosting are in that. If anything else ever carries an outside bill, I tell you the amount before you agree to it.

Why every 4 weeks?

A website has to stay online and stay current. Billing every 4 weeks means 13 payments a year instead of 12, and the date moves forward a couple of days each time. It's written in the agreement so nothing surprises you.

Who owns the site?

Your web address is registered in your name, on your own account, from day one. Your photos, words and reviews are yours. If you leave, I zip up every file and send it to you.

Will the price go up?

Not while you stay. The only thing that can move it is a change in what I'm charged for hosting or your domain, and you'd get 60 days written notice first.

Can I pay for the year?

No, it's billed every 4 weeks. You can leave any time instead of being locked in for a year.

What if I need changes?

Text and photo swaps are included and live within two business days. Text them to me. A new page or a new feature is quoted separately, and you'll know which is which before any work.

Will this get me more calls or put me on top of Google?

I don't promise that. It depends on things like your reviews and whether you answer the phone. What I promise is that when someone finds you, you don't lose them.

What do I need to send you?

Ten to fifteen photos of your work (phone photos are fine), two or three sentences about your business, your logo if you have one, your hours and the areas you serve, and the phone and email customers should use.

How long until it's live?

Three business days from when your photos and text reach me, not from when you pay.

What happens on the walkthrough?

Ten minutes on a Google Meet screen share. I show you the homepage I built from your Google listing and answer your questions. If it makes sense, you're set up on the call. If it doesn't, that's fine.

Do you work with my kind of business?

Independent trade and local service businesses. Not beauty, restaurants, retail, medical or dental.
